I am writing to bring to your attention the need for tree maintenance on the following tree located [Provide details of location and type of tree if known]. The tree is [Provide details of the problem/concern with the tree].
Please note that under section 48 of the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 an operator must ensure that all trees in the community are maintained and take reasonable action when a home owner reports that a tree has caused injury/damage or is likely to cause injury/damage to a person or property.
