ABOUT

COVID-19 service update: Tenant Advocates are working remotely to keep our advice service operating. We are limiting face-to-face contact to exceptional circumstances only.

South West Tenants Advice Service (SWTAS) trained Tenancy Consultants can help you to understand your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and will guide you through any issues you are having. Let us help you with: free confidential telephone advice, advice and representation at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (for eligible tenants), and referrals to other community services to assist with related issues. Our services are available to all residential tenants living in and around Albury, Bathurst, Goulburn, Orange and Wagga Wagga.

SWTAS is a program of VERTO.
