Re: Request for site fee receipt for [your address]

I am writing to request a receipt for my site fees that were paid by [State the method for example bank transfer] on the [insert date fees paid]. 

Under section 58(2) of the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 an operator must on receiving the site fees and being asked for a receipt, prepare a receipt for the fee and provide it to the home owner. 

The receipt must contain the following information:

  • the name and address of the community, and the number or other identifying feature of the site,
  • name of the home owner,
  • whether the home owner is in debit or credit as at the date of payment and by what amount,
  • the period for which the site fees are paid,
  • the date on which the fees were received,
  • the amount of fees paid.

Please provide the receipt within 7 days of receipt of this letter.
