Western Sydney Tenants' Service: COVID19 update

The Western Sydney Tenant’s Service is still in operation and our staff will be working remotely until further notice from 25 March 2020.
For tenancy enquiries, please contact our service and leave a voice message with your name and best contact number on (02) 8833 0933 or send us an email with your name, best contact number and a short summary of your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make a note if your matter is urgent i.e. Urgent Repairs, Lockouts, Evictions.
Our operative hours remain the same – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays. We understand that due to recent events that the tenants within our catchment area are facing uncertainties and stress. Our staff will endeavour to do their best in contacting you promptly.
Western Sydney Tenant’s Service will not be able to engage in face-to-face contact until further notice. Our Penrith Outreach service is also closed until further notice.
