Paper: Housing Amendment (Tenant Fraud) Bill 2008

This paper is a comment on the Housing Amendment (Tenant Fraud) Bill 2008, which was introduced by the NSW Goverment to create new powers and penalties relating to public housing rent rebates. It discusses the problems with the Bill.
