Dear …

Re: Rental bond dispute at [former residential address]

I understand that the landlord is claiming my rental bond.

Please send me a copy of the Residential Premises Condition Report completed both at the beginning and at the end of the tenancy.

As per clause 27 of my Residential Tenancy Agreement, please send me a statement itemising all of the landlord's claims. Attach to this statement all accounts, receipts and other documents supporting these claims.

Also, send me copies of both sides of the last water bill. [Delete if not applicable]

I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

T Tenant
