Dear …

Re: Breach of access at [your address]

On three occasions in the past two weeks you have visited my premises without notice. On one of these occasions you entered my premises when I was not there. As I have already discussed with you, this is unacceptable and I ask you to give me the correct notice required under section 24 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.

By entering my premises without complying with the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 you could be prosecuted for trespass.

I ask that you immediately remedy the situation. Should you visit my premises without my permission again, I will apply for orders from the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal for an order to stop you entering the premises as well as for appropriate compensation.

Yours sincerely

T Tenant
