WESTS exists to make sure tenants know their rights, and how to go about getting them. We provide free advice, advocacy and representation to social housing and private tenants, as well as residents of residential parks across the eight local government areas of Auburn, Baulkham Hills, Blacktown, Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Holroyd, Parramatta and Penrith.
We have offices in Chatswood, Parramatta and the Blue Mountains.
Where appropriate and depending on our workload, we also help tenants prepare their cases or represent them before the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). We also run information sessions for tenants and community workers on understanding tenancy law and how to use it.
